Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the Barcodes app (“Service”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service: The Service provides users with the ability to generate barcodes and incorporate them into their Canva designs. Features and functionalities may be added, removed, or updated at any time.

3. User Registration: To access the full features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Use of Service: You are responsible for your use of the Service and any content you create. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: a. Service Content: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service and its licensors. b. User Content: You retain all rights to the content you create, but you grant the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

6. User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) using any automated system, including robots, to access the Service; (iii) transmitting spam or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with the Service’s integrity.

7. Termination: The Service may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability: In no event will the Service, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services.

10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms: The Service reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
